Made of grapes harvested from the vines of Domaine Carterole in Saint André, Roussillon. The fruit saw a whole-bunch maceration for 10 days in fibreglass tanks. Perfumed with rich floral aromatics, this inviting skin contact wine finds balance with layers of salinity and minerals. Perhaps the best vintage of this wine we have tasted yet.
