From a co-planted parcel just in front of the cellar. All the varieties were harvested in the middle of the September when the Grenache was still a little underripe giving freshness to the wine. Pressed directly and aged in old barrels for a year, this is rich and complex with notes of exotic fruit and warming spice whilst being held together by a bracing salinity.
