Carignan / Syrah / Muscat • 2023
A careful blend of grapes all harvested from the vines of Les Salicaires in Roussillon - made of 60% Carignan with one day of carbonic maceration, combined with 30% Muscat d’Alexandria and 10% Syrah that were co-fermented for 5 days of whole-bunch maceration. This delightful wine is perhaps our favourite of the release. With its bright, aromatic fruit and lifted acidity, it simply begs to be drunk at the earliest opportunity!
