An elegant blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, and Roussanne, sourced from a 60-year-old co-planted vineyard nestled right in front of Rudolph and Laetitia’s house in Escales. The Grenache Blanc was harvested first, lending brightness and acidity to complement the richness of the Viognier and Roussanne. The fruit was directly pressed and underwent an extended élevage in fiberglass tank. Departing from the barrel élevage of previous vintages, the 2021 vintage showcases a meticulously balanced wine with bold acidity and a rich, rounded palate.
