From a parcel just beside Romain’s home on which he has never applied copper or sulphur treatments. This vintage was an assemblage of bunches macerated for seven days and directly-pressed fruit, and was aged in fibreglass tank. A wonderfully drinkable but complex wine which shows layers upon layers of citrus, stone fruits and herbs. Very rewarding now, this will only add intrigue with further ageing in bottle.
